My Future Success

My dream of being successful is becoming a veteran so I will be able to help stop animal crulty and maybe adopt some of the animals thats been hurt and need a good, loving and caring home. I plan to get there by first getting my G.E.D then going to Penn Foster to become a Veterinary Assistant. The Penn Foster Veterinary Assistant Program can help me make a difference. My abilities can keep animals healthy, nurse them when ill and even save their lives. I believe going to Penn Foster would be my ticket to a new career.

About the Homosexual Life

What does it mean to be Homosexual? A person is said to be homosexual if they are sexually or romantically attracted to members of the same gender, or sex. That doesn’t mean that they are attracted to all members of the same sex any more than heterosexual are sexually or romantically attracted to members of the opposite sex. Most commonly know the words “gay” and “lesbian” are use to identify homosexual men and women. However the word bisexual is often used to identify one who is sexually and romantically attracted to both men and women. What people don’t realize is just because you had feelings or had any kind of sexual experience with one of the same sex that doesn’t make you a homosexual. Some people can just be curious or some people are just opened to different things. Some people are kind to homosexuals and then there are people who just can’t stand them.

In other words, there is no reason why a gay person should not be considered normal. Neither do I feel that someone can hide their sexuality. To me, what makes something wrong is if the thing you are talking about hurts. Why does it matter to other people what your sex is. I feel as long as the person doesn’t come on to you in an uncomfortable way then it should not be a problem. So many people judge homosexuals by the bible but you can't ask Jesus as he's dead. You can't live your life according to the bible as that's not feasible in this day & age. If you are attracted to men or women then I believe you should go for it, and shouldn’t be judge for it. Only homosexuals know why they love the same sex and there’s many reason out there but no one homosexual should be judged by their cover.

Autobiographical Statement

I have faced so many struggles in my lifetime. For Examples being on my own, when i decide i wanted to move out of my mom house i thought it was the best decision that i had ever made but now that im no longer living with her i see how hard it is to take care of your self with no one there to help. In addition when i left my mom house i also decided that i could not take being in the 12th grade with all the problems i was going throuh so i dropped out of school and for the first month i was ok but when the second month came around and i was still sitting at home not able to get a job because i had no diploma and not able to get the things i needed to help me take care of myself, i decide to go to the Y.E.S program to get my G.E.D.

Now that i have made the decision to go back to school and get my G.E.D i feel like i made a lot of successes in my life so far. For instance i go to a program at the OIC buliding and its called the YES program it helps you get your GED and helps you to perpare for the real world. You get stipends every other friday and after you take your practice GED test, the section that you past they help you pay to go take that part of your GED test. The YES program is helping me in so many different ways and is perpare me for my goals that i have set for the next 5 years, which are:Get a job, Get my GED, Get certified to become a veteran, and make the money i want to be making. Threrfore im going up the right path to success by attending the YES program.
